First a take-home challenge, basically an object-recognition task. After this first round is 60 min interview with a team member, where you live-code in a Colab notebook, solving some machine learning tasks. The interview is open book, so you can search Google, Stack Overflow while coding.

If I receive a positive response, I'd schedule a phone or video call with the company's recruiter. During this call, I'd express my enthusiasm for the role, share my career goals, and answer any preliminary questions they might have about my background.
