I applied directly through the website and the recruiter reached out to set up the initial call. The call lasted about 25 minutes and pretty much covered the basics, such as my interest in the company, how I could be a good fit, etc. At the end of the interview the recruiter went through in detail with what the next steps would be (Implying that I would be moving on) and said she would reach out in 3 days. After 5 days of not hearing back, I reached out to her and got the generic email stating I wasn't chosen for the next steps. Overall, very unprofessional process.
