30 minute video call with a recruiter followed by an 1 hour technical interview. After passing both interviews, they can present your profile for their clients and each client usually requires another interview. The technical interview was just a challenge to create a simple API and a client application to consume it. Nothing too complex, but if you try to do things by the book with tests, validations, error handling and such, the 1 hour limit is just enough time to physically type everything you need. You need to be able to do it in one go, without stopping to think or deal with unexpected issues. I had just one final interview with one of their clients, but another candidate was chosen for the position. In 2 years I saw only 6 positions related to my area, most of them fullstack. Only half was worth applying.
