Apply here only if you are really desperate for a job. Recruiter calls and sets up interview over a Zoom call, where the candidate is expected to speak to a blank screen (yes the interviewers are privileged to not switch on their video). Since the company does not have a paid subscription for Zoom, you are kicked out of the meeting by the 40 mins slot and whatever impression the client team made in that small time frame is used to judge the candidate. It was funny because there was an instance where I was talking to the blank screen without realising that I wasn't audible to them (no video, you see)!! Better stay away from such companies that don't know how to conduct an interview.
