There are two interviews after a basic phone screening. First interview is with your prospective teammates who show you a presentation about their project for 20 minutes, and, after that, for another 20 minutes they ask you some general questions about your previous experience. That's it—no technical questions whatsoever. Second interview is with (very young) manager who asks you about your attitude to layoffs and salary situation on market.
