I was contacted by an internal recruiter through my LinkedIn profile. Interview by phone twice with very positive feedback and really heavy sales pitch. I had a couple of on-site interviews but honestly wasn’t impressed, as they seemed to be unorganized and just shooting from the hip with random questions.

The interview process was fairly straight forward and timely, in my opinion. I initially interviewed with the recruiter. After that, there was an interview with the hiring manager, and several other members of the team.

Entrevista
I first interviewed with a recruiter and then the head of Human Resources. After the second interview, I heard nothing back for months. I followed up several times before giving up. The same recruiter even sent me a message on LinkedIn about the role as if I had never interviewed with them. Finally months later, I got a standard rejection email.
