The interview is a majority of the day. You have a lot of meetings usually consisting of you and 1 to 3 others. Some of the meetings are technically focused and others are more soft skills focused. You will even meet with the HR dept. They will ask lots of technical questions ranging in difficulty and discipline. Some time towards the end of the day they will ask you to present on a subject of your choice. I never got the impression that I was judged, only that they genuinely wanted to know where I stood. Everyone I met was extremely conscious and charitable.
