One of the most unprofessional behaviour showcased by the organisation during the interview. To anyone attending their interviews, if you have to travel intercity or inter-state do ask firsthand if these expenses would be reimbursed because they would ghost you at later stages. In all there were 4 rounds of interview. First 2 were technical rounds focused at machine learning and data sciences. After that there was a techno managerial round with VP of one of the product lines. These were virtual online interviews. After these three interviews I was called to their Bengaluru office for a half an hour face to face discussion with VP of software engineering. It was a cultural fit round, which went quite well. After all this i didn't get any response from saviynt for a week. I wrote two mails to the recruiter in a period of next two weeks. First was asking for a follow-up on the status of my candidature and second was regarding reimbursing travel expenses as I had to travel inter-state via flight for the interview. These emails went unanswered. A week later I wrote mail to Saviynt HR team highlighting this sort of unprofessional behaviour and to my surprise that also went unnoticed.
