Savantis recruitment process was of 2 rounds, 1st round was Communication which was conducted as group discussion (GD) and the shortlist students from 1st round will move to 2 nd round online assessment. After clearing the 2nd round the selected candidates will receive an offer letter.

If your life was a blank paper ,what could you fill in it.
First round was group discussion or Just a minute. Second round was written test (mcq model) based on networking concepts. Third round is HR interview. This is a train and deploy process
The interview process included GD and JAM rounds to evaluate communication skills, confidence, clarity of thought, teamwork, and the ability to express ideas effectively under time pressure in a professional environment.
