First round was group discussion or Just a minute. Second round was written test (mcq model) based on networking concepts. Third round is HR interview. This is a train and deploy process

It's a good interview session.HR rajeswari Annam handled in good manner and she is sweet too . I have completed the the first round itself. So am looking forward for the further round of interview in savantis

It's a jam session. More than 50members where attended. So it's a random topic selection by the individuals itself. So I have selected about social media but unfortunately one the member in that meeting were spoken about that already. So I switched to the topic WEIGHTLOSS.
The interview process included GD and JAM rounds to evaluate communication skills, confidence, clarity of thought, teamwork, and the ability to express ideas effectively under time pressure in a professional environment.
