The Interview process was quite simple and straight forward. Generally questions were asked from resume. But, the sound communication wasn't made by the HR Team in regards of the salary budget and the nature of the job(Contractual/Permanent). The Director is a judgemental fellow and was being adamant on his perceptions. HR is a support function which indirectly helps the organisation generate revenue on the basis of the talent hire and retain.
