With the owner, Jonathan- lovely. With the manager at the time... Great, until she realized I qualified more for her job, then quickly worked on getting me fired. She was a drink the koolaid kind of woman- 10 years ago, ran Waterworks in Atlanta. Had zero design experience, and was addicted to painkillers. Luckily, HR and the owners supported me, and I had plenty of CYA, so she was let go, and I finally got to work on my own jobs and received commission. I killed it financially while I worked there- but too much pressure, owners were bad managers and made everything personal, and I ever had any support, or anyone to double check my work. I worked 7 days a week, often from 7 am until midnight with zero lunch break.
