The human resources lack of experience with engineering was quite disturbing since she had zero capability of determening applicant eligibility. She asked me if I am interested in 3D modelling at more of the later/ ending stage of the interview. She was not sure if I was willing to model or if I was even interested in it. It was my highlited skill on the CV with CAD software listed below... I was just taken aback. After that I wished to speak to engineering team leader, but he had no time. He didn't have 5-10min to talk to a possible new team member... I do not understand how can such an interview lead to a possitive outcome. The offered pay was 8€/h
