Apparently someone from Flycast reached out to me in order to hire me as a BA,PMO kind of role for Satori. The HR lady from Flycast was very nice. Then HR from Satori called and again it was a good opportunity to explore about Satori which seemed to be a small firm trying to grow thus giving all its employees visibility. The technical interview was hosted on phone by one of their employee who was not considerate enough to introduce herself after being late and kept me waiting. Anyways the interviewer was reading questions from a questionnaire she had in front of her with minimal possible interaction. On one or two occasions I did not get the question since it was like she was reading a news for me with no reaction - I requested her to explain me her question and all she did was repeat every word of the question. This was the worst interviewer I had experienced. It showed me the level of the firm and thus I am glad I am not a part of this organization.
