I had a prescreen call with two recruiters on separate occasions because my background matched what the company was looking for. Then I was sent an invite to complete a culture assessment, never got to meet face to face with anyone else. I was told by the second recruiter that they were having a hard time getting candidates approved by the owners to come onsite for interviews.
