Initial Screening via Zoom, but if I do well within screening, they'll put me in a breakout room immediately after (which they did). Questions were easy. Culture of company is questionable. After, I received a call that offered me the position; however, I needed to attend UNPAID orientation/training for an hour before receiving any formal offer letter. Not professional.
