Applied on company's website on Tuesday and got the phone call for phone interview from HR next day. 30 minutes phone conversation go over my resume. On Thursday got the phone call from HR to set up the onsite interview next Wednesday. Met with VP of Operation, Department Manager, and Supervisor. Last about an hour. Went quite well. Got the phone call on next Tuesday and set up the meeting for another interview with another VP and Department Manager again, however, got the phone call next day told me I was offered the position. The whole process took 2 weeks (from applied to got the offer)
