In depth interview with five different managers, the process took about 4 hours. Each person interviewed me separately. I was asked about my previous programming experience and my familiarity with Visual Studio and VB.NET. Each manager was helpful in giving me insight into how the group interacts. Everyone was very kind and I knew that Sargent & Lundy was a company that I wanted to work for after the interview was over.
