The process was really nice and smooth and I actually felt wanted which was nice. Sian made the recruitment process really understandable and smooth. She also always kept me in the loop which is brilliant. Couldn't have asked for a better talent advisor Sam is just an awesome person to chat to and I think we're going to take the planning team to the next level.
