I was referred by an employee of sapiens, but interview process was so pathetic. I reached on time morning 9 am and finished my written exam on 10:20. Since 10:20 to 1:30 pm we had to wait as they have only few panels. I went for first technical round, the guy who is taking interview seems not in mood/exhausted. He only asked introduction and which techniques you are using for writing test cases in your organisation, and that's it. Total time waste, there were more than 50+ candidates and panels are 3 only. Worst experience ever. Atleast ask few more questions before reject someone.
