You will need to clear the interview with Director, once you clear that you will have an interview with Onshore ( Israel or Europe). These two rounds are very engaging and Informative. Then comes the Business HR round, most of the time you will be interviewed by a non-technical Person with zero Business knowledge. You will need to prove your capabilities to this illiterate Business HR.
