First round with an external HR partner → behavioral questions, background, interests, education, and previous experience. It was a nice experience overall; the HR partners were approachable and friendly. I was then introduced to a second HR interviewer who sent me a link to complete a video interview (recording answers: 2–3 minutes per question) → questions included why I chose the position, what skills I could bring to the medical team, thoughts on AI, a STAR method question, etc. After completing the video interview, I received a call from the last HR partner who asked for confirmation on the job requirements, shared the offer conditions, etc. The final stage was a panel interview with the Hiring Manager and another team member → technical questions, background, interest in the role and the medical department, future aspirations, STAR method questions, etc.

3 rounds with different people - Recruiter to align expectations - Hiring manager to select 2/3 final candidates for case presentation - Case presentation to whole team (marketing, commercial, medical) With good follow up from recruiter from start to end.
