First interview on the phone after having applied online. Second round on site at Swiftwater with a panel of 4 employees. The interview lasted about 45 min. The panel was composed of the head of hr and three senior employs. No technical questions, just behavioral questions like: "what would you do in this situation" or "tell us about one time you..."
