I got an email I was moving forward in the interview process several weeks after I applied. At first I thought everything was buttoned up, sending organized information on the role and zoom interview process. However after my interview with the hiring manager, I was ghosted with not even an automated email updating me on the position. I followed up three times with the internal HR contact after my interview and to check for an update, but never received an answer. Disappointing that a company with all of the resources in the world has such lack of communication and waste potential candidates time.
