Lengthy Zoom interview with hiring manger, Hiring manager asked very complex technical question in different fields with many surprise functions and responsibility not covered in the job description/posting; general QC function, method development, stability and regulatory. Hiring manager admitted that they are looking for someone well rounded in many QC/GMP aspects, including managing, testing, audit readiness, and regulatory knowledge, and that the workload is for 2-3 people but they have an opening for 1, and you need to work at two sites in different states NY and CT, somehow simultaneously, you can’t make this up! This position has been opened for over 6 months opened in Oct2020 and at the time of this writing May2021 its still open, the position requires specialization in 3 very different fields, after hundreds of applicants across the world (visible in linkedin premium) they can’t figure out why they can’t find anyone who will do the function of 3 different full time positions and at 2 different sites, makes me question the mental capacity of the management teams at the Sanofi Meriden CT and Sanofi Pearl River NY sites, they are living in a dream world and are completely detached from reality.
