The prosess is too slow and the HR department is not professional and Arogant. The questions were not relevant, no feedback, no induction. They asked for inappropriate and unnecessary paperwork. The recruiter told me about his personal life.

I applied for the position of senior brand manager of Dulcolax based in Barcelona HQ. I was on the second stage of the interview process. In general, it takes too long ( I applied early February/March). They came back to me in June and I didn't do the business case till the end of July. As I didn't have any news from them and It took time to work on a business case I contacted them twice with no reply. I think the minimum a company can do is provide feedback especially when there is amount of hours of preparation behind. This reflects the bureaucracy of a big company behind and the many stages to get an approval or answer. Not good experience.
