They hire at top universities and business schools. Interviews are based around case studies. The first round interview will be with a mix of associates and senior investment professionals with the second round more senior people. Make sure you are well prepared for the case study. Consulting-style case studies will serve you well, but try to make it relevant to the debt investing job at hand.
