The position opened up in late February 2021. Was only contacted by phone in late April 2021 for the 1st recruiter phone interview. After that, utter silence for 2 weeks, and got a phone call out of the blue wanting a meeting with the manager the very next day. The manager then set up a third interview the following day. Then silence and no answer on next steps (I was at the final stage with other companies and told Sandvik the same). Then, on a Friday afternoon, given an explosive offer (with less than 1 business day) to decide. I turned down the role.
