Applied after the position was opened for over 5months. Received a phone call from a recruiter within days. Everything was in a rush and under a lot of pressure - with barely any respect to my schedule. Have gone through 4 rounds of interviews - screening, call with hiring manager, call with a the recruiter and presentation for hiring manager and a future potential colleague. All the calls or interviews with the recruiter were asked to be rescheduled maybe 3 times on average. The first call with the hiring manager - standard behavioural questions, lots of irrelevant questioning of my previous companies. The second call with the recruiter - received a positive feedback, was asked for salary expectations + when would be the earliest to join. The presentation - it was scheduled for an hour and also assigned for a 45min presentation. The hiring manager arrived disclosing he only has 30min but when he leaves, the future colleague would be there to raise questions or answer mine. Of course the future colleague had no relevant answers to my questions as expected. It felt and seemed that each person I had met during the hiring had either slightly different expectations of the meetings or no information about what is expected of them during the calls. After the presentation when noone was able to answer my obvious question - what and when will be the next step. I reached out to the recruiter multiple times. The recruiter always said a date they were going to hear or get in touch with someone internally and let me know. Which never happened. After 3 weeks of constant unkept word from the side of Sandoz I eventually took an offer elsewhere. I have not heard from Sandoz till today (roughly around 7weeks after my last interview). My overall experience is negative and it only proved how it should not be done regardless of how big of a company.
