30 minute phone call with hiring manager, who explained the opportunities and responsibilities of the role.
1 hour interview a week later, with manager and a few other engineers. A few minutes were spent on relevant experience and resume, then the rest of the interview was just behavioral questions.

A mix of basic situation based and character questions as well as some policy questions to see what I knew about nuclear and cyber programs in the defense industry. Not the easiest interview but was doable.
