Interview took place over the phone. Questions were very simple, mostly getting to know the person rather than technical ability. Asked about specific projects or external work. Interviewer was very nice and open about everything.

Got a call to schedule an introductory meeting with an HR rep to discuss potential fit. The meeting turned out to be more of a behavioral style interview with some background of the company. Next was an interview with a hiring manager where we mostly talked over my resume. There was 1 easy HackerRank coding assessment at the end.

I had a phone screening and was scheduled for a video interview. The video interview was with a recruiter and software engineer in the team I will be joining. It was scheduled for 20 minutes, but we ended up talking for 50 minutes. It was mostly behavioral.
