A representative reached out. The call was about 30 minutes long. It appeared she was reading from a script as i would ask questions or interrupt and she would just get right back on track like she was reading, never really answering the questions, this call was her basically talking about the company. she invited me to come in office for an in person interview but had a list of what i call demands, 1. complete a manual application in addition to the resume i submitted, 2. complete 2 personality assessments within 48 hours of receipt 3. what to wear. pant suit (note jacket and pants must match must be same color), a dress, or a skirt and blouse and to wear a cardigan if any shoulders/arms were showing. this immediately was a red flag, it's 2026 and this is sales. I came here to look at the reviews and sure enough this is not the place to be. I did ask about the environment there and she explained there are no cubicals that everyone sits in the open. i guess this is so they can micromanage and watch what everyone here is doing. I don't know but it appears they don't respect people as individuals. very cult like - i declined the in office interview. as this place reminds me of Severance.

Terrible interview experience I had an initial phone interview and it felt like the recruiter was just reading off a script whenever I asked questions and never followed up with me
