Applied did one way video interview and was ghosted after. If I didn't get the job ok but at least have the courtesy of letting me know :/ . Don't want to apply in future if this is what I am supposed to expect.

Entrevista
Phone screening, one-way interview and then proper interview. Interviewees make you feel insecure in your abilities to help the company and seem disinterested while listening to answers to questions. Avoid this red flag company, especially as they treat their employees like 'family' but then want them to work too hard without good pay. Didn't come off as approachable and friendly at all.
