It begind with the Initial Call , followed by a Technical Assessment ( Pair coding), then followed by a Culture Fit Call which ends with a Bar raiser interview .

Technical interview: go through a pair programming challenge alongside a senior dev, typically leetcode questions, as you explain your work around solutions and the aim is to see your problem solving. Before actual coding, a couple of questions are asked though about software in general (backend, frontend, cloud development etc) and your expertise. Then if you go through this round, you have a bar raiser call with senior management. This is basically just to assess your team fit and all.
