Very good & supportive process. I had the same consultant all the way through which made a big difference, as he really understood what I was after, what my strengths were, and gave me lots of tips each time we spoke on what I need to improve on before the next stage. I think the screening process was both fair and useful - first we spoke about me & what I'm applying for, what I'm good at etc. and then we went through some competency based questions. The feedback was really useful too, and the support throughout they gave me the confidence to do well in the final interview - and I got a place so thankyou!
