Pretty easy. They were looking for multiple fits for different departments. Helped to be in a bigger pool of jobs. The question they asked were about experience with project management and TCEQ.

The interview was in-person with a panel of about 3 people. It was somewhat casual in such that all panel members made light conversation before the interview began. The questions were standard questions; each panel member would read a question and they took notes as you're answering. I interviewed over a year ago, so I'll try to add a couple questions as closely as I can.
