Interview process was just over 2 months. I had 4 interviews in total. There was a transition of the hiring staff during the interview process. After the final interview, I followed up to see if a decision had been made, and was asked if I completed a task that was part of the interview process. There was no prior communication about a task I had to complete, and when I offered to complete the task (last minute) I was told not to worry about it. I never received a response after I followed up to see if a candidate had been chosen. It is very unprofessional that no communication was sent out to the other candidates, and my emails were ignored from my follow ups. Communication is lacking and there was some disorganization with the staff transition during the interview process. Note: Making a good impression on interview candidates and industry professionals is just as important as the impression you make on clients. Candidates are interviewing companies just as much as the company is interviewing the candidate.
