Hiring manager and the interviewers were very kind and nice. There were 3 rounds. Promising interviews and outcome, shortlisted even filled up, signed forms, sent documentations, but please do not keep you hope high. HR drags the process of offering but in the end cant even decent offer any near your expected salary, but offer you a fresh graduates salary range (could be less than but conformed lesser than their advertised minimum salary package) for a 10 years working experience senior. Remember to wait for the real letter of offer and then wait for the work permit approved. The salary offer will not based on your experience but only your previous salary no matter how good your interview is and the hiring manager shown interest in hiring you. Beware of lowballer offer for cost concerned hiring in Singapore
