Inscrição via LinkedIn, entrevista com RH, entrevista com gerente sênior, apresentação de estudo de caso. Tudo em um intervalo de 1 semana. Entrevistas em inglês e enfatizam a necessidade do uso da língua.
Após mais de 45 dias sem retorno, entrei em contato questionando e mesmo após isso nenhuma resposta.
Entrevista inteligente e exige um tempo considerável para elaboração do case (mas só deram poucos dias para faZer - o que na minha opinião ok pois não quero despender mais de 2 dias focando em um case para uma entrevista), mas esse delay do RH pesa bastante na minha avaliação do processo (comparando com outros recentes que realizei). Ainda que não tenham um retorno, acho “elegante” deixar o candidato informado.
Ainda sobre o processo, deixaram muito evidente a preocupação com a adaptação cultural aos coreanos - talvez a rotatividade seja alta. Os processos também me pareceram bastante engessados. O financeiro tem que compensar bastante.

Entrevista
The interview process was smooth and well-organized. The management team was very nice, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the discussions. They were genuinely interested in my experience and provided clear insights into the role.
At the end of the process, the HR representative mentioned that I could reach out if I wanted updates on the recruitment status. However, when I followed up, I didn’t receive a response, which was a bit disappointing. If I can have clearer communication on next steps, it would have been helpful.
First round was a screening interview with TA.
Then proceed with an onsite interview with hiring managers (Team leader and Head of department)
another round with the same panels and korean boss to present assignment.
