Applied through their official website. 1st round with 4 manager groups. Questions based on resume, trying to find out if I was fit for the role. Interview wasn't hard, but I could tell they have a very conservative working environment and culture.

Group interview. Went over each of our resumes and asked questions one at a time. Told us to take out our phones and to sell it to them. Asked basic interview questions.
