Entrevista
It took 2+ months before I heard back from my application. Received a call where I was screened and later got an email that invited me to a group interview. This was one group out of the 4 that were shortlisted.
From here, a small amount of people were selected to progress to the next round where you met the President of your global region. After this, you were contacted to come in and meet the rest of your managing team. An offer comes shortly after.

Entrevista
One standardized test and one interview. Test is taken at a designated local school, then interview in the HQ. Interview involves personal questions as well as a presentation that you must come up with in 10 minutes or so.
