All in all the process took about a month or so. After first speaking to a recruiter I went to the next step of having a guy phone me who was a PM. After this I was invited on site and spoke to 4 guys. Wasn't shown around the office, which struck me as odd at the time, and they didn't give me much insight to what the company was doing or the culture. Didn't sign a NDA, which normally someone in my role does so we can have a useful 2-way conversation. And then after completion of the interview it struck me what was really going on was that I was being used as a tool to help them comply with the H1-B visa requirements so they could justify hiring a candidate from that pool of applicants. So, from my standpoint, not cool, and in a similar sense to some of the other reviews in Glassdoor, their company values include deception.
