Me postulé a través de un reclutador.

      Entrevista

Hmmm, well, that was an interesting recruiter call. I was contacted by a recruiter, lead to a pre-screen, and during the screen, the amount of work they described (and via the job description online) was a much higher level than the job the were hiring for. The position was at a minimum a director level, and they were calling it a manager role, that was reporting into another manager (literally makes no sense). Not sure if someone in recruiting or the people side of things messed up, but you can't have a job list like this and expect to pay someone in the very low 100's and give them a manager title. During the call was told multiple people had mentioned the title and pay was way too low for the position, but apparently being told that by professionals in the industry doesn't mean much, as I was told, "the position and pay are exactly what they are". Well then, good luck hiring someone at a director level, with a manager title and supervisor pay. Someone in the org doesnt understand job responsibilities, or they do, and are just hiring on the cheap, either way leaves a bad taste in the mouth of those they are tryng to woo away from much higher paying and better titled jobs.
