Got contacted by recruiters from the company (they were always two on the same email thread). They were very very slow in responding to questions. You’d think a small company + 2 recruiters is enough to get you a quick response within 24 hrs (and not 4 days!!!). Finally after 2 weeks of extremely inefficient emails back and forth, one of the two recruiters setup a phone interview with me and he NEVER called!!!! And never emailed to explain why he didn’t call. Terrible experience. I’m working at a top company in the valley and they should be jumping through hoops to keep me interested, not the other way around. Recruiters are the first face of the company. Make sure you hire the right people.
