very knowledgeable and friendly interviewers. the whole process was very smooth. they also provide resources to prepare for the interview. there are two case rounds with HR questions and the last round is a short Convo with the founder.

First round selection was based on CV and 90 min short video describing our experience and why samagra. Second round was concept note preparation I was asked to prepare a concept note on how to achieve renewable energy targets set by central government by 2030. They also asked to prepare and detailed work plan for the next 6 months including timeline for each task. All candidates were given 3 hour to write the concept Note
