Easy. Only a few questions. Tell me about yourself, name a time you handled a customer complaint, availability, full or part time, manager seemed very new. Had an offer within a few days.

Pretty easy, just asked 5 questions (introduce yourself, what's my availability, am i comfortable with certain tasks). Got a call same day 2 hours after. Only downside was that I had to re-apply & re-do the assessment + heard a whole month later.
