I was told to sit at the food court and wait for someone to interview me. I waited for two hours. Someone finally came over and wrote my information on the back of a random flyer. Of course, I never heard back from them.

Interviewed me at the actual cafe seating. Talked to me realistically about the job and how busy it would be. asked about experience and past trouble with customers. Asked about my availability.
