      It was only an introduction meeting which was relatively short. The interviewer was not particularly pleasant and mainly confirmed details from my CV and gave me a bit of background on the job and the company. It's quite a mystery to understand what was it that she saw in the intro chat to decide not to progress. For a company aiming to become the Revolut of personal finance, they're off to a great start

I thought our conversation was a positive one, and so I'd welcome getting a better understanding of what led you to feel that way. In respect of the interview itself, we really value our initial cultural interviews which we conduct with all candidates. This gives us a opportunity both to get to know each candidate, but also to provide them with information about Saltus and about what it's like to work here. Feedback from candidates suggests that this is a really useful stage in the process, and it's important to us that anyone the business engages with our values and can demonstrate behaviours consistent with those.
