Only ever had one interview and it was very fast. Apparently they were scheduling interviews back-to-back within 15 minutes of each other. The interview started with me giving an elevator pitch and him telling me the basics of the role and company. Then he told me they would call me in for the second round of interviews where I'd get a tour around the office. It was pretty frustrating to travel all the way out to the office for an "interview" that was so simple and could have been done over phone. However, I do remember him saying he wanted to put faces to names so maybe that was the purpose of the meeting.
