Two rounds, where one was a screening and the other was with a panel of people in that department. It was a sterile process, reading from a list of questions in both interviews. Demeanor was patronizing at times in regards to body language and comments made. I was ghosted by Salt Lake County after a final interview, which I find to be reflective of their overall professionalism- or lack thereof- and organization.
